Job Description
- Assist with cleanroom environmental controls, thermal management systems, and utility system maintenance adhering to code requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and prototype fabrication oversight with limited supervision.
- Provide technical documentation and participate in cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Specify materials and components for manufacturability and collaborate with vendors.
- Design mechanical systems and improved manufacturing tools including robotic wafer handlers and vacuum chambers.
- Ability to work under general supervision and exercise judgment within defined procedures.
- Competent in technical communications and collaborative problem-solving.
- Experience with CAD tools and test plan development.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment design, vacuum and cleanroom systems, and thermal management fundamentals.
- Proficient in applying engineering principles and problem-solving techniques with moderate complexity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 2 years of relevant industry experience
Salary Ranges
$26.00 - $34.80Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
