What this job involves:

The Facilities Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.  

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Responsible for site facilities operation and ensure all facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems and equipment, etc are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the company, client and government’s policies and requirements 负责项目现场的设施工程管理工作，包括但不限于电力系统，消防系统，机房UPS，实验室尘室等

• Follow site specific Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff 遵守设施运营中的工程管理流程并有效地在现场开展落实

• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations 确保合规性

• The single point of technical issue for FM at the site 作为责任负责人处理跟工程相关的现场工作

• Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities. 落实节能减排等节约方案

• Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule 对工程类别的服务供应商进行管理及监督

• Ensure of technical service standard 确保工程类服务的标准性

• Provide solutions for technical issue 提供工程问题的解决方案

• Initiate Preventive Management Program 开展定期预防性维保工作

• Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion 小型工程类别的管理及监督协调工作

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Good troubleshooting knowledge 解决问题的能力

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通协调能力及人际交往能力

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese 良好的中英文读写能力

Required Skills and Experience:

•  A university degree or professional qualification in engineering management 工程管理类相关专业

• 5+ years practical experience in property or facility and over 3+ years practical experience in facilities maintenance operation, preferably in a campus management 5年以上物业或设施管理类工程管理经验，3年以上实操性工作经验，有园区经验者尤佳
