As a member of SSC General Ledger/Fixed Assets team you will be responsible for Fixed Assets accounting services provided to various National Accounting Centers (NAC) and business units (SBU) with accent on accuracy, timeliness and compliance, as well as for certain centralized accounting processes within General Ledger.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES:

• Fixed assets accounting including maintenance of corporate Fixed asset register
• Other general accounting according to US GAAP standards
• Month-end closing accounting and related activities
• Regular and ad-hoc Fixed Assets reporting based on General Office (G.O.) requirements and business needs
• Accurate and timely account analysis of assigned Fixed Assets & others balance sheet accounts
• Identification and correction of common accounting issues
• Cooperation and support to business partners (NAC, SBU, other SSC teams)
• Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose
• Administrative tasks related to the position

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or proven accounting skills
• Basic set of computer skills (especially basics in MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• English on good communication level (second language is advantage unless specified differently)
• Customer service attitude
• Accuracy and numeracy skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of Oracle/SAP and experience in similar role in multinational company is an advantage
