Supervisor:  EMEA Activation Marketing Manager

Business:  Abrasives Systems Division / Safety & Industrial Business Group

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As Abrasives Systems Division Activation Marketer, you will be the main responsible for driving share gain through demand generation, sales enablement and local program execution, providing relevant insights and input into area and global teams.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Leading local activities aligned with the Division activation calendar in cooperation with the local sales team, including activation of different go-to-market models and sales enablement tactics
• Executing demand generation programs and tracking conversion from the Area activation plan at country level, driving pull-through volume via local channel and converter partners
• Providing local analytics and insights to AMOL and Global teams to support ongoing program refinement, Lead to Revenue activities, and account targeting
• Communicating marketing updates to local sales and channel teams
• Advancing local market share growth and 3M brand preference by providing insights and local requirements through Area Marketing Operations and Area Portfolio teams

Your Skills and Expertise 

 To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong operational acumen
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence diverse teams
• Strong communication skills in English
• Native-level Polish language skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to energize and inspire individuals in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in marketing planning
• Experience within the abrasives market
• Experience with event management
