What Could Your Role Look Like?
Depending on your experience and career aspirations, you may be involved in:
Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work for a diverse client portfolio
Providing business advisory, taxation, and strategic advice to SMEs, family businesses, primary producers, and high-net-worth individuals
Working directly with business owners to help them achieve their commercial and financial goals
Building trusted client relationships and becoming a valued advisor
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and deliver value beyond compliance
Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Reviewing work and providing technical guidance
Managing client portfolios and overseeing team workflows
Working collaboratively with specialists across the broader RSM network
Contributing to business development initiatives and helping grow the practice
About you:
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with professionals across all levels of experience who align with our values and are excited about making a positive impact for clients, colleagues and the community.
RSM is the perfect place to start your career in Accounting – if you are currently studying or close to completing a Business or Commerce degree, we have vacancies at a graduate or undergraduate level.
You may bring:
Public practice accounting experience
CA or CPA qualifications (or be working towards completion)
Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
Experience in business advisory and client relationship management
A proactive, commercial and client-focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for helping clients succeed
Leadership experience or a desire to develop leadership capabilities
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
