As Expert Digital Products & Services Developer, you will lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital products and services. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining engineering excellence.

This is a role for someone who can combine deep software development expertise with solution design, project leadership, and stakeholder collaboration , someone who can deliver today's digital services flawlessly while building the platforms and capabilities needed for tomorrow.

What you'll own

• Timely execution of digital services and transformation projects with measurable business impact.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert or lead technical teams for external engagements, earning client trust and repeat business.
• Design and delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-centric digital products across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership in architecture planning, technical roadmaps, and modernization strategies that align with enterprise standards.
• Bridging business requirements with technical teams to deliver actionable, high-quality solutions.
• Successful enterprise integrations across APIs, middleware, microservices, CRM, ESB, and cloud platforms ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Driving automation, optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Bring 8+ years of hands-on experience across modern languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, Flutter).
• Show proven ability in solution design, enterprise integration, and digital platform development.
• Have a strong track record managing projects involving APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Bring a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices design patterns.
• Have experience leading medium to large-scale digital initiatives with disciplined execution.
• Hold a strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern engineering practices.
• Bring excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities with proven stakeholder management.
