Make a real impact   
In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven  Experienced Associate to join our HR Managed Services team in Thessaloniki.  

• Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing 

• Ensure compliance with Labor law, social security and tax regulations  

• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from clients  

• Manage public authorities’ responsibilities and filings for the clients (Ergani II platform, Sepenet, EFKA, Taxisnet etc.) 

• Prepare complex reports and other deliverables for our clients 

• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data 

• Stay up to date with important matters and changes pertaining to Labor Law matters, payroll, taxes etc 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations  

• Participate in internal committees to assist enhancement of operational mode   

What you bring matters 

• At least one to two (1-2) years of professional experience in payroll processing or in a relevant role   

• BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field  

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements 

• Familiarity with the ERGANI II information system and Digital Card regulations 

• Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English  

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SCAN) will be highly regarded 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is needed 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Strong organizational and time management skills  

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
