Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test equipment and probe cards.
• Use data analysis to qualify tool operation before returning to production.
• Create and maintain tool recipes.
• Work with vendors and engineers to ensure equipment is performing optimally.
• Monitor product inventory and queue time.
• Be directly involved in 5S activities including spare part management.
• Document needed improvements in current practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience on TEL, Keysight, Teradyne, and various probe card types. 
• Associates degree preferred.
  • Military training or similar technical training will be considered.
  • Work experience in same role will be considered.
• Safety and Quality mindset.

The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
