As an Experienced Associate in Organizational & Talent Workforce Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate workforce and organizational challenges. You will support solutions across Workforce Strategy, Organization Design, Talent, Leadership Development, Culture Change, and Learning Strategy. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, synthesize insights from data and stakeholder inputs, and develop practical recommendations that support broader transformation objectives. You will assist in planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and leadership reviews, confirming outcomes are captured and reflected clearly in deliverables. Working within our Advisory practice, you will contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development, including innovative approaches and methodologies. You will continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand, fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client delivery across key Organization & Talent priorities, including Operating Model Transformation, Organizational Design, and Workforce Optimization
- Conducting structured problem solving and analysis to identify key issues and generate insights
- Synthesizing stakeholder perspectives and analytical findings into clear, well-structured client deliverables
- Assisting in planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and leadership reviews, capturing session outcomes effectively
- Collaborating with engagement teams to align priorities and maintain progress across project activities
- Developing PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information in an engaging manner
- Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality in workforce solutions
- Transforming data into actionable insights to support client recommendations
- Adapting to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to pursuit teams and proposal development with innovative approaches and methodologies
- Fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

What You Must Have

- Master's Degree in Human Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
