Functional (job responsibilities)
• High Net Worth (HNW) Strategic Project Support
- Support the operational rollout, customer onboarding workflows, and end-to-end service delivery mechanics designed for the High Net Worth (HNW) segment.
- Coordinate with segment specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure tailored processing, priority turnaround, and adherence to affluent client servicing standards.
- Assist in monitoring HNW transaction flows and resolving operational exceptions across specialized portfolios.
• Product Launch Operational Readiness & System Code Maintenance (BancaTakaful/Will Writing & HNW Project)
- Partner with wealth product managers/conventional BANCA team to establish and execute operational readiness procedures for new product introductions.
- Prepare and submit System/Service Request Form (SRF) documentation for campaign/product code creation whenever a new campaign bundle is introduced.
- Liaise directly with the Finance team following code creation to ensure the required campaign rates and pricing parameters are properly maintained in the system prior to launch
- Prepare operational documentation and system handoff guides for frontline branch staff and Relationship Managers.
• Wealth Campaign Fulfillment & Incentive Management
- Lead the operational delivery and fulfilment validation for commercial wealth initiatives, such as the Takaful + FD-i bundle, the annual CNY campaign, and periodic staff incentive programs.
- Manage cross-system data extraction, customer eligibility verification, and entitlement calculations with zero tolerance for calculation discrepancies.
- Coordinate reward delivery, payout crediting, and customer advisory dispatches within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs). This will also work closely with the Marketing & Channel Distribution team.
• Data Management, Reconciliation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive transaction logs and campaign performance tracking databases to ensure absolute data integrity and audit readiness.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of campaign costs, incentive accruals, and transaction volumes for management reporting.
- Extract and synthesize operational data to provide actionable performance trends to the Wealth Management team.
• Operational Governance & Shariah Compliance
- Ensure all daily transaction processing, policy servicing, and documentation adhere strictly to Shariah guidelines, internal audit mandates, and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations.
- Coordinate operational risk controls, identify manual workflow bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
