[What the role is]
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.[What you will be working on]
Oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations
Projects: Identify and scope infrastructure improvements, asset renewal, space optimisation and capital projects based on asset condition assessments and insights from smart FM data
Plan, budget, and schedule capital projects including coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from procurement to site supervision and project close out
Track project expenditures, analyse trends, and provide insights for cost optimisation and future planning
Ensure compliance with government procurement, financial procedures, and internal governance processes
[What we are looking for]
Relevant qualification and professional certification in project management, building, engineering, architecture, or related discipline
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project delivery or capital works management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Exposure to data-driven decision making or Smart FM-enabled planning will be an advantage
