·Experimentation & Optimization: Establish a culture of A/B testing, data-driven learning, and rapid iteration across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.

·Ecosystem Thinking: Navigate complex ecosystems, understanding incentives and trade-offs across customer, business, and partner needs.

·Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other product teams, marketing, engineering, design, data, finance, and business development to align on goals and execute effectively.

·Platform Mindset: Deeply understand and influence platform capabilities and technical constraints to scale growth and monetization initiatives globally.

Qualifications

·12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing PM teams at scale.

·Bachelor’s degree

·Proven track record of delivering growth and monetization impact in a subscription, marketplace, or consumer platform business.

·Strong growth mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals, test hypotheses, and adapt strategies based on insights.

·Technical aptitude to partner closely with engineering and data teams on platform capabilities and system design.

·Experience considering ROI, financial tradeoffs, value creation, and value capture in product decisions.

·Experience in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries strongly preferred.

·Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

·Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading cross-functional alignment at the executive level.

Why Join Us
