Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides autonomous administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Cardiology Segment Leader and the Azurion Eye Category Leader, ensuring efficient coordination of correspondence, documentation, calendars, travel, events, and expense management in line with corporate policies. The role also serves as a communication hub for key updates across the department and organization, and may support the Works Council in representing employee interests.

Your role:

• Supports one or more executives with routine to moderately complex administrative, organizational, and operational tasks while working autonomously within established corporate procedures.
• Manages correspondence and communications for executives and key stakeholders, prioritizing emails, letters, and phone calls to keep information flowing efficiently.
• Prepares and drafts business documents such as letters, emails, agendas, minutes, action items, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics, materials, technical setup, visa support, and budget compliance.
• Maintains records and files, processes expense reports, communicates local announcements, and may support the Works Council in line with applicable policies and regulations.

You're the right fit if:

• 2+ years relevant experience in administration or equivalent
• High School Diploma, Vocational Education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Outlook, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating complex calendars, travel, meetings, and events with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work independently while anticipating executive needs.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $32.00 - $52.00, plus overtime eligibility.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

• Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
