What You’ll Do

This is not your typical 9-to-5. You’ll be at the epicenter of a fast-growing empire, providing strategic administrative and project management support to Dan Martell himself. Your responsibilities will include:

• Commanding the Inbox and Calendar: You'll be the gatekeeper, the scheduler, and the master of time, ensuring that every minute is optimized for maximum impact. You'll manage meetings with founders, investors, and industry leaders.
• Executing with Precision: From drafting and managing correspondence to setting up eSignature documents and initiating purchases, you'll be the one who gets things done. You'll handle the details so Dan can focus on the big picture.
• Orchestrating Seamless Travel and Events: You'll book travel and accommodations, find the best deals, and plan and execute unforgettable experiences. You'll be the master of logistics.
• Leveraging Technology and AI: You'll identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and free up time for high-impact work. You'll be the bridge between our team and the future of AI.
• Becoming a Strategic Partner: This isn't just about administrative tasks; it's about becoming a trusted advisor and a key player in the success of the business. You'll have a seat at the table and a voice in our growth.

What You’ll Need

• Recent experience in a fast-paced administrative support role, or working with high-growth startups.
• A proven track record of supporting a rapidly growing company.
• A deep understanding of the G-Suite and a passion for technology and AI.
• A can-do attitude, a natural ability to adapt, and a relentless drive to win.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• The ability to work in-person in Kelowna, BC and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
