A senior position providing comprehensive support to the CEO across executive priorities and selected personal matters. This role requires someone who can operate confidently in a fast-paced environment, embrace new ways of working and use technology and AI effectively to enhance productivity and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be proactive, composed, digitally confident and trusted to manage priorities independently, anticipate requirements and ensure that both business and personal matters are handled efficiently and confidentially.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, priorities and schedule.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on actions and commitments.
• Anticipate upcoming requirements, identify conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling and coordination issues.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefings, correspondence and executive communications as required.
• Track key actions, deadlines and decisions, ensuring matters are followed through to completion.
• Coordinate business travel, itineraries and associated logistics.
• Exercise sound judgement in determining what requires the CEO’s attention and what can be resolved independently.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and accuracy.

Personal Support

• Provide discreet and efficient support with selected personal matters, appointments, travel and day-to-day logistics.
• Coordinate personal schedules, bookings, arrangements and other practical requirements.
• Anticipate needs and resolve routine matters independently where appropriate.
• Learn and consistently apply the CEO’s preferences and ways of working.
• Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder or senior C-level executive.
• Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel and competing priorities.
• Previous experience providing personal support to a senior executive is preferred.
• AI-confident and digitally savvy, with a strong willingness to embrace new technology and use AI tools effectively in day-to-day work.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong judgement and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.
• Highly trustworthy and discreet, with the ability to work closely and professionally with a senior executive.
