BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to a member(s) of the senior management team. Provides all level of support including being the main point of contact for all outside inquiries. Manages all schedule/meeting activities including minutes, expense reports, presentation creation and other duties as assigned. Role will be required to perform tasks outside of normal business hours for specific events.

- Member(s) of Senior Management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Minimum Education: As of 01-01-24 High School/GED required
Degree: Associates/Bachelors - Preferred
License/Certification Required: NA
Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years of progressive support responsibilities or duties that translate into Exec Admin role.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Service oriented
- Able to work independently
- Is proactive and makes routine decisions independently
- Must have above average problem solving skills
- Able to take meeting minutes in a summary format
- Excellent organizational, time management and
- customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe and other computer applications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Role will be required to perform tasks outside of normal business hours for specific events.
- May support additional Director's within service line
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
