A Day in the Life

Medtronic supports healthcare professionals through training, education and events that build knowledge and skills in medical technologies. The Event & Learning Management function coordinates learning programs, manages event logistics and ensures high-quality service, accurate data and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

As an Event & Learning Management Coordinator, you will coordinate face-to-face and virtual training programs, manage event logistics and support participants throughout their learning journey. Working with Sales, Training & Education, Compliance and external partners, you will ensure efficient event delivery, accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate face-to-face and virtual training events, including planning, logistics and post-event activities
• Administer learning programs, participant access, progress tracking and training exemptions
• Manage event registrations, attendee communications and reporting through Cvent
• Support contracts, compliance documentation, vendor creation, payments and logistics for healthcare professionals and organizations
• Maintain accurate customer and event data in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Generate operational and compliance reports using Tableau
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance
• Managing of donation and sponsorship agreements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in event coordination, training administration or customer support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business systems or databases
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cvent and Tableau
• Experience supporting healthcare professionals or working in a regulated industry
• Familiarity with learning management systems, event logistics and compliance processes
• Additional language skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Romania: 76,000.00 RON - 114,000.00 RON | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
