We are seeking a highly skilled Senior tester with extensive experience in SAP, The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in managing testing processes and teams.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for SAP  

- Experience in SAP activate methodology.  

- Proven experience in managing SIT/UAT Cycles in medium-big scaled project.  

- Awareness of other enterprise application is a big plus (oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce)  

- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.  

- Set test strategy and plan.  

- Set/review UAT strategy.  

- Very good communication and reporting skills   

- Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.  

- Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve  

efficiency.  

- Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality.  

Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect tracking and resolution.  

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.  

- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software  

testing.  

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and practices.  

Qualifications:  

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.  

- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with  

cross-functional teams.  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

- ISTQB certification is a plus.
