Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of cloud-based integration solutions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data and process flows across cloud and on-premise systems, enabling digital transformation and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of CPI solutions across enterprise applications and platforms
• Manage a team of integration developers and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps
• Oversee the development of APIs, connectors, and middleware components using SAP CPI or similar platforms
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability
• Stay current with emerging cloud integration trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud integration, middleware, or enterprise application integration
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) or similar tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps)
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), and integration protocols
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
