The Program

The Management Trainee program is a fast-track leadership skill and experience development initiative designed to develop general managers and enterprise builders within Esquel.

Over 24 months, you will have opportunities to rotate through different parts of our business across diversified business groups, with regional exposure to broaden your market insight. You will work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the Group.

You will not be an observer. You will solve real problems, lead real projects, and contribute to decisions that shape how Esquel grows.

What You’ll Do

1. Work on high-impact projects across manufacturing, technology, and automation.
2. Apply AI, data science, and advanced technologies to real operating and business challenges.
3. Build cross-functional knowledge — from factory floor to customer-facing retail.
4. Engage with global customers, partners, and technologies.
5. Support the development and execution of our transformation strategy.
6. Develop the judgement, resilience, and leadership capacity to grow into a general management role.

Requirements

Education

Undergraduates or postgraduates of any discipline, with less than 3 years of working experience.

Language & Mobility

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
2. Flexible and willing to take up future postings in Chinese Mainland and/or international locations.
