The Opportunity
This role is based in the ERP Commercial Finance Management team, where we drive enterprise-wide digital transformation across interconnected systems. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will act as a trusted functional advisor to leadership and business stakeholders, navigating highly ambiguous spaces to design, recommend, and implement optimal SAP technology solutions. The variety and scale of initiatives in this global domain offer you a unique opportunity to drive projects that shape a long-term strategic roadmap in ERP Commercial Finance Management, specifically in the areas of Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing complex ERP Commercial Finance initiatives and coordinating solutions across organizational boundaries.
Leading the functional implementation of SAP projects in the areas of Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing, leveraging strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP BTP, and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM).
Analyzing complex business requirements, defining functional architecture and problem spaces, and driving root-cause analysis in Commercial Finance.
Acting as a trusted SAP functional advisor to leadership, contributing to the delivery of long-term strategic roadmaps, and driving consensus across stakeholders.
Evaluating strategic solution options, including functional design, value analysis, and risk assessment, to ensure the delivery of high-performing ERP solutions.
Managing highly dynamic and evolving requirements, ensuring smooth functional integration considering both micro and macro implications across related domains.
Applying SAP best practices, tools, and methodologies across cross-functional initiatives while anticipating potential integration challenges.
Who You Are
Extensive SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation Experience: Proven track record of implementing complex SAP S/4HANA Finance modules in global environments (Required).
SAP PaPM Expertise: Hands-on functional/implementation experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM) (Required).
Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge in Operational Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Non-Trade Finance (Required).
Functional Advisory & Analysis: Advanced experience in ERP finance consultancy, functional solution design, and business analysis within complex finance domains (Required).
Solution Architecture & Risk Assessment: Proven ability to recommend optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation, conducting thorough value and risk assessments (Preferred).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing global stakeholders, navigating conflicts, and building consensus (Preferred).
Agile Frameworks: Experience delivering SAP projects within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment (Preferred).

Salary Range: 19,075 – 35,425 PLN gross monthly based on an employment contract (Umowa o Pracę).

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
