As an EPM FCC Techno / Functional - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis processes to enhance client performance
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Engaging in resource allocation and cost management to support client financial objectives
- Applying digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to enhance business application consulting services
- Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve client outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to inform business decisions
- Applying business process analysis to optimize workflows
- Developing financial forecasting models for client projects
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse environments
