  • Follows established ARNG procedures for coordination with interagency partners, including state and local agencies, on land, facilities, environmental plans, and disagreements. Refers technical disputes that cannot be resolved by ARNG headquarters, state or regulatory agencies, and/or the regional Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) office to NGB Headquarters.
