About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Solution Specialist to join our global IT SAS (Strategic Application Support Services) team. In this role, you will support SAP and enterprise applications by analyzing business requirements, resolving system issues, and contributing to process improvements across multiple functions.

This position offers strong exposure to end-to-end business processes and the opportunity to build expertise across various domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Quality through ongoing learning and potential role rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 functional support for SAP and integrated enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of production issues
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Identify process or system gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business needs
• Work closely with technical teams (developers, basis) and business stakeholders across global regions
• Perform system configuration and support enhancements in assigned functional areas
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, including process flows and data structures
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure system processes, documentation, and work instructions are accurate, efficient, and up to date
• Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and management
• Maintain a high level of customer service by prioritizing and resolving user issues effectively
• Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Approximately 3+ year of experience in IT support, business systems, or ERP environments
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems in areas such as Planning, Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse, or Sales
• Understanding of business processes and how systems support operational workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team environment
