Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. You will spend time analyzing organizational needs, evaluating technology options, and advising on strategies to optimize costs and enhance value. Your role includes developing tailored technology solutions that align with industry standards and specific business functions, ensuring that the transformation journey is efficient and effective. Collaboration and strategic thinking are key components of your daily activities as you guide organizations through complex change processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align transformation strategies with business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of technology assets that drive industry-specific or function-specific improvements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends and best practices in enterprise platform transformations to enhance advisory capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in advising on technology platform selection and cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement technology solutions tailored to specific industry or functional needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Capability to analyze complex business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
