As a Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of the organization’s technology landscape, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-enabled architectures. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and senior IT leadership to craft scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions that drive innovation and digital transformation. Your expertise will guide the adoption of emerging technologies, streamline processes, and optimize the overall IT architecture to support growth and resilience. You will also play a key role in mentoring and steering cross-functional teams toward best practices in architectural governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and roadmaps that align with business objectives and technology trends.

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution architectures, ensuring integration, scalability, and performance across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to drive consistency and quality across projects.

• Evaluate and recommend cloud services, platforms, and tools to meet functional and non-functional requirements, including cost, security, and compliance.

• Act as a technical advisor to senior leadership on technology investments, risk assessment, and business value realization.

• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives and legacy modernization efforts.

• Collaborate with security architects to embed robust security, privacy, and governance controls into all solutions.

• Mentor and develop solution architects, developers, and other technical staff to strengthen the organization’s architectural capabilities.

• Facilitate workshops and demos to communicate architectural concepts and design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively shape the organization’s technology strategy.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture with a proven track record in cloud-based environments.

• Deep expertise in designing and deploying solutions on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF) and related best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.

• Experience with multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge architectures, including orchestration, automation, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with adeptness in evaluating trade-offs and driving architectural governance.

• Proven capability to mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and ability to embed security controls from the design phase.

• A proactive mindset, staying ahead of emerging industry trends and applying cutting‑edge technology to deliver business value.
