The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll help enterprise clients design and adopt scalable marketing technology solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud. You’ll bring expertise across CDP, journey orchestration, campaign and content management, analytics, and personalisation to translate complex requirements into clear architecture solutions!

Working alongside consultants, senior leaders, and clients, you’ll shape solution design, support successful delivery, and help evolve our approach through reusable accelerators and AI-powered tools.

What you'll Do

• Design solution architecture across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target. 

• Lead architecture workshops and discovery sessions, and help client teams learn how to operate and extend their solutions. 

• Guide engagements from design through go-live, working with delivery teams to weigh trade-offs and keep programs on track. 

• Translate marketing goals in sectors like banking, telco, airlines, and hospitality into data models, segmentation approaches, and personalization use cases. 

• Partner with client stakeholders to identify risks early and agree on practical next steps. 

• Support and mentor consultants by sharing your experience and learning from theirs. 

• Contribute ideas and technical input to pre-sales conversations and proposals. 

• Notice where clients could get more value from Adobe solutions, and share those insights with account teams. 

• Use AI-powered tools, such as co-pilots and generative assistants, to speed up design, documentation, and client enablement. 

What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions, including hands-on work with the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. 

• Experience working directly with clients and helping teams learn to run and extend their solutions. 

• Experience designing enterprise-scale architecture and working through changing requirements with many teams. 

• Marketing knowledge in at least one industry: banking and financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail. 

• Curiosity about data science, machine learning, or AI, and experience using AI-powered tools in your work. 

• Strong communication skills, with comfort working with both technical teams and business leaders. 

• A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
