In this Enterprise Account Executive role, you'll be one of the first sales hires building Sanity's presence in France. You won't be pitching a CMS. You'll be selling the infrastructure that engineering teams actually want to build on, to French enterprises who've never heard of us yet, and closing deals big enough to prove the market. You'll own the full cycle end to end, working with SDRs, marketing, and product (most of them not in France) while building the local playbook as you go.

What you would do

• Qualify opportunities SDRs and marketing hand you, and decide fast which ones are worth chasing in a market you're still mapping.

• Run discovery in French that gets past the checklist and surfaces the real business case for switching.

• Pitch a product developers already love to the people who sign the check, in their language.

• Price and negotiate enterprise deals, including French contract and procurement norms that don't always match the US or UK playbook.

• Grow existing French accounts after the ink dries: spot the next use case and go land it.

• Map the account and get everyone from the CMS admin to the CTO talking about Sanity, en français.

• Get deals through French procurement and legal without losing momentum.

• Bring client and market feedback back to the business, since you're often the first signal on what France actually needs.

• Keep Salesforce, decks, and deal docs sharp enough that anyone could pick up your deal cold.

• Forecast bookings monthly and quarterly, and stand behind the number, even while you're still building the pipeline that feeds it.

About you

• Fluent in French and English. You'll sell in French and work internally in English.

• Curious, coachable, and straight with people, including when the deal's on the line.

• You've closed complex, technical SaaS deals in our ACV range, selling to a technical audience, ideally in the French market.

• You can hold a room with a developer in the morning and an exec in the afternoon, in their language.

• No CMS experience required. You just need to pick up new products fast and explain them faster.

• Genuinely energized by building something from the ground up, not just running an existing playbook.
