Key Responsibilities

• ​Operate, monitor, and test critical plant equipment and auxiliaries in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure reliability and quality.

• Design and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall plant performance.

• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring all works meet approved standards and budget constraints.

• Manage procurement processes, including evaluating supplier proposals and defining technical specifications for work scopes.

• Maintain strict compliance with legal, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements through rigorous hazard analysis and safety planning.

• Facilitate departmental administration by preparing accomplishment reports, assisting with budget preparation, and managing stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer

• With at least 4 years related experience

• Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon
