What You’ll Be Part Of

The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. This position is focused on improving overall product quality performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with the QRO Pathway Matrix, Quality Management System (BMS and QMS), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ESD S20.20, and customer-specific requirements.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for customer 0KM concerns in mass production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Quality Management System.
• Manage containment actions for customer complaints, quality notifications, customer sorting activities, and Quality Alerts.
• Coordinate additional quality controls with Engineering and Operations during SOP + 90 days through the Safe Launch Plan.
• Execute IPSO Audits to ensure successful transfer of new products into production according to approved requirements.
• Manage the RMA process and review customer deductions related to 0KM quality concerns.
• Support Quality Inspectors and Technicians to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
• Prepare and communicate Quality Assurance reports.
• Develop Control Plans and ensure proper ownership transfer for ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approval processes.
• Ensure product audits are completed and effective.
• Support customer approval processes for layout changes, PCRs, Forever Requirements, and similar quality-related activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Customer Quality Engineer.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher).
