About the Role
As an Engagement & Experience Planner, your main focus will be defining how, where, and when we connect with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and target audiences across the treatment landscape.
This role bridges brand vision and real-world execution. You will create omnichannel engagement strategies, map customer experience journeys, and shape meaningful touchpoints across a balanced portfolio of promotional and medical accounts (spanning prescription medicine, specialized therapy areas, and consumer health).
This is a versatile planning role designed for someone curious, lateral-thinking, and eager to mold their strategic craft within a supportive, high-performing strategy team
What You’ll Do
- Omnichannel & Engagement Strategy: Support the creation of customer engagement strategies across promotional and medical communications, mapping out effective touchpoints for Healthcare Professionals (doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and broader care teams).
- Journey & Experience Mapping: Analyze HCP behaviors, decision-making drivers, and channel preferences to build end-to-end engagement ecosystems.
- Workshop Facilitation & Client Engagement: Co-design and facilitate strategic client workshops, strategy development sessions, and interactive planning meetings.
- Insight Synthesis & Critical Thinking: Mine actionable insights from data, research, and behavioral observations to unlock strategic white space and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Account Support: Work closely with strategy leaders across a blend of client accounts (approx. 50/50 split across promotional and medical/scientific streams), adapting seamlessly to different therapeutic areas.
- New Business & Pitch Support: Contribute research, journey mapping, and engagement thinking to integrated 360° pitches and new business initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Experience / Engagement / Media Strategists: 2–5 years of experience in experience planning, engagement strategy, media strategy, or omnichannel planning within an agency or consulting environment.
- Life Sciences Backgrounds Transitioning to Strategy: A degree or background in Life Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, or Healthcare Consulting) with a strong strategic mindset and a desire to pivot into creative brand and engagement planning.
- Behavioral Strategy / Consulting Backgrounds: Experience in behavioral science, behavioral consulting, or strategic consulting applied to communications and decision-making.
