As a subject matter expert, you will safeguard employee data quality, guide complex administration, and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
What You Will Do
- Maintain, audit, and update employee records in HRS platforms.
- Manage complex contracts, job changes, absences, terminations, payroll inputs, and organizational data.
- Perform compliance reviews, internal controls, reporting, and audit support.
- Coach colleagues, resolve escalations, and partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence.
- Identify improvements and support automation, system updates, and HR projects
Who You Are
- You bring 3+ years of HR administration experience, including HR data and compliance.
- You understand data privacy, employment documentation, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- You have experience with HRS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.
- You combine analytical thinking, accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, and collaborative stakeholder management.
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting others’ growth.
