As an Emergency Department RN, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions while working alongside an exceptional interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency setting

• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex patient needs

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

• Advocate for patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care

• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changing patient conditions

We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts RN License

• Emergency nursing experience preferred

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care

Pay Range:

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
