Everpure is recruiting an EMEA Benefits Specialist into our Global Benefits Team, based in Prague and reporting to the Head of EMEA Benefits.
This is a hands-on delivery role managing the full benefits lifecycle across our eighteen-country EMEA portfolio - country renewals, end-to-end vendor financial management, statutory compliance and annual enrolment execution. You will be the operational spine of the region. We are looking for someone who treats deadlines as absolute commitments: meets compliance requirements on time, runs financial processes smoothly, and who makes sure broker and project milestones are executed with precision.
We have transitioned a number of in region day-to-day administrative activities to HR Shared Services, and this role plays a key part in the continued transition and support of these activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Financial & Renewal Governance: Drive the end-to-end benefits lifecycle, from managing complex multi-currency renewal cost models to reconciling premium and membership data, ensuring financial accuracy and procurement compliance.
- Operational Strategy & Automation: Architect the transition of administrative tasks by identifying, designing, and implementing automation workflows to replace manual processes, directly impacting efficiency and reducing error rates.
- Stakeholder & Project Leadership: Act as an operational lead for benefit enrollment portal projects and annual renewals, partnering with multiple stakeholders such as HR Shared Services, Legal, Accounts Payable and brokers to deliver seamless, high-engagement employee experiences.

- Employee engagement: Create employee communications, maintain accurate content on our benefits portal and drive a seamless and engaging benefits employee experience.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in building complex financial models and reconciling large multi-source datasets (e.g., membership/payroll) to support high-stakes decision-making.
- Operational Rigor: Proven ability to manage multi-country benefits administration and statutory compliance with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of renewals and billing lifecycles.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for technology adoption, with demonstrated success in streamlining processes through automation and AI to replace legacy manual workflows.
- Collaborative Communication: Ability to influence and partner effectively across HR Shared Services, legal, HRIT, payroll, procurement, accounts payable, talent acquisition, HRBPs, as well as brokerage teams and vendors, translating complex benefit requirements into actionable project plans.
