MISSION

In this role, he/she/they will:

1. Drive maintenance and equipment reliability:Provide technical support for machines and equipment within the assigned area, ensuring maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards while improving equipment reliability and availability.

2. Optimize maintenance performance: Develop and improve maintenance plans, analyze equipment performance, and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce breakdowns, optimize maintenance resources, and improve TRS/OEE performance.

3. Turn maintenance data into actionable insights: Collect, analyze, and visualize maintenance and equipment data to identify improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and strengthen the team's digital capabilities in collaboration with digital and cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical support for machine breakdowns, troubleshooting, and recurring equipment issues
• Developing and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Analyzing equipment failures and implementing sustainable corrective actions
• Monitoring and improving equipment reliability, availability, breakdown duration, cycle time, and TRS/OEE performance
• Optimizing maintenance resources, spare-parts consumption, and equipment energy efficiency
• Ensuring maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, quality, technical, and traceability requirements
• Assessing the impact of equipment modifications on reliability, quality, and maintenance efficiency
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation, equipment files, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Collecting, validating, and analyzing maintenance and operational data
• Developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities
• Translating data insights into practical recommendations for maintenance and operational teams
• Ensuring appropriate data quality, security, and responsible data usage
• Coaching maintenance teams on technical methods, troubleshooting practices, and digital competencies
• Acting as a bridge between maintenance teams, technical experts, engineering partners, subcontractors, and digital teams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations (internship experience is included)
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles and equipment reliability
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with operational data and translate findings into improvement actions
• Good communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Business proficiency in Thai and English

PREFERRED

• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
• Knowledge of CMMS, maintenance management systems, or equipment performance monitoring
• Interest in Industry 4.0, IoT, predictive maintenance, and digital manufacturing
