You will report to Maintenance manager

This is the role

• Deals with the design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of electrical systems.

• Ensure machines are operating at the required capacity

• Involved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance department

• Analyze the causes of defects and find solutions to prevent future failures

• Ensure the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan

• Ensure machine troubleshooting

• Manage inventory and spare parts supply

• Assist in the verification of subcontractors

• Monitor subcontractors in terms of compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activities

• Analyze the factory maintenance plan and improve it

• Create or modify work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians

• Develop technical solutions to maintenance-related problems to minimize the cost of a technical intervention

• Defines technical specifications and spare parts requirements

 This is who you are

• Technical university education: electrics, electronics, electro mechanics

• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position

• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic and mechanical systems

• Experienced in working with maintenance costs

• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings

• Good working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens)

• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)

• Strong interpersonal skills, Integrity and responsibility,  prioritizing skills, Communication, Team work, Planning & organizing, Initiative, Decision making

• Romanian and English
