- Recibir y revisar briefs y trackers, identificar información incompleta o inconsistente y solicitar las aclaraciones necesarias antes de activar los proyectos.
- Realizar debriefs cuando corresponda y coordinar con el cliente, Frontline y los equipos de VML Perú Shopper para que los requerimientos lleguen claros y completos a la agencia.
- Revisar las piezas antes de enviarlas al cliente, verificando su alineación con el brief, los lineamientos de marca, los mandatorios de campaña y las necesidades de Shopper Marketing; solicitar ajustes cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener actualizado el Excel Maestro de Estatus, dando seguimiento a avances, pendientes, bloqueos, riesgos y próximos pasos; participar en las reuniones semanales de seguimiento con el cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones, validaciones presupuestales, aprobaciones del cliente y consumo mensual, asegurando que ningún proyecto se inicie sin la aprobación correspondiente.
- Coordinar a los equipos involucrados para mantener claridad sobre responsabilidades, plazos y aprobaciones, y reducir reprocesos
- Experiencia demostrable en Shopper Marketing y capacidad para aplicar sus criterios a proyectos de marca y punto de venta.
- Entre 3 a 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Experiencia en desarrollo y revisión de piezas físicas, materiales impresos, aplicaciones en punto de venta y adaptaciones locales.
- Dominio de inglés a nivel intermedio - avanzado.
- Experiencia revisando briefs, identificando faltantes, solicitando ajustes y filtrando piezas antes de su presentación al cliente.
- Capacidad de gestión autónoma de proyectos, seguimiento presupuestal y coordinación de aprobaciones y equipos dentro de los procesos del Experience Loop.
