Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the appointed RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) under Italian D.Lgs. 81/08, providing expert advice to site leadership and ensuring full compliance with local and GEV corporate standards.
• Liaise with other functions, to ensure the proper focus on EHS
• Ensure EHS Risk Assessments are effective, updated and communicated
• Monitor applicable EHS regulations and ensure Unit’s compliance with local regulations (country/state)
• Participate to work council meetings with employees / other governing body in accordance with local regulations (country/state).
• Identify EHS training needs for the Unit in coordination with HR & Managers.
• Plan Safety visits (Gemba walks) for management teams and follow-up observations
• Maintain and continuously improve the site's EHS Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Lead EHS audits (Governance, insurance, machines conformity, etc..)
• Report progress of EHS improvements actions
• Prepare operational budgets to fund EHS annual activities

Required Qualifications

• Full compliance with the requirements for RSPP role (D.Lgs. 81/08, Modules A, B, C)
• Proven experience in managing Italian EHS regulatory obligations (e.g., INAIL, ATS/ASL, ARPA, Fire Dept/VVF)
• Proven track record in managing ISO certifications and EHS internal/external audits
• Similar experience in an italian manufacturing site is a 'must' due to te need to comply with italian EHS rules and regulations.
• Pragmatic approach is needed
• Fluent in Italian and English

Weekly Hours: 38.5 weekly hours for white collars and non-shift blue collars; 38 weekly hours for shift blue collars.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 58,400.00 e € 87,600.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato.

The pay range for this position: Between € 58,400.00 and € 87,600.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 15% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Chimico - Farmaceutico) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Chimico Farmaceutico

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Chimico Farmaceutico NCBA salary scale, which defines employment levels and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (FONCHIM): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2,1%. Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Fonchim): All levels are eligible
Employer Contribution: 2.1%. Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

Assistenza Sanitaria (Faschim): Assistenza sanitaria prevista da CCNL. Il dipendente ha la possibilità di rinunciare alla copertura di base optando per l’assistenza sanitaria integrativa offerta da Generali.

Mensa o indennità sostitutiva: Accesso alla mensa aziendale con contributo a carico del dipendente pari a €0,90 a pasto. Indennità sostitutiva giornaliera di €3.50 in caso di assenza del servizio mensa.

Canteen or compensatory allowance: Access to company canteen with Employee contribution equal to €0.90 for daily meal. Daily compensatory allowance equal to €3.50 in the absence of canteen services.

Welfare: € 250 di credito annuale come da CCNL disponibile su portale dedicato per rimborsi spese istruzione, sport, viaggi o previdenza.
