ERMでは、建設プロジェクトにおける安全衛生環境（Construction Safety / HSE）コンサルティング業務をリードできるコンサルタントを募集しています。本ポジションでは、国内外のクライアントに対し、建設現場における安全管理体制の構築、リスク評価、安全監査、安全文化の向上支援などを提供し、プロジェクトの安全かつ効率的な遂行を支援します。

What Your Impact Is

Managing Consultantとして、国内外のクライアントに対するConstruction Safety / HSEプロジェクトをリードし、建設現場における安全リスクの低減と安全パフォーマンスの向上を実現します。

安全監査、リスク評価、安全文化向上施策の推進を通じて、クライアントのプロジェクト成功に貢献するとともに、若手コンサルタントの育成やチーム運営を通じてERMのSafety & Riskチームの成長を支援します。

また、国内外のERM専門家と連携しながら複雑なプロジェクト課題に対応し、クライアントに長期的な価値を提供します。

主な業務内容

• 建設プロジェクトにおける労働安全衛生・環境（HSE）支援
• 安全監査（Safety Audit）および現場安全パトロールの実施
• リスクアセスメントおよびハザード分析の実施
• 安全管理計画、安全手順書、安全基準の策定支援
• 元請会社、施工会社、協力会社との安全会議への参加
• 安全KPIのモニタリングおよび改善提案
• 事故・災害発生時の原因分析および再発防止策の策定支援
• 安全教育・トレーニングの企画および実施
• クライアント向けレポート作成およびプレゼンテーション
• 若手コンサルタントへの指導・レビュー
• 複数案件のプロジェクトマネジメント支援

応募要件

• 建設安全、労働安全衛生、HSE分野で7年以上の実務経験
• 建設会社、ゼネコン、EPC企業、オーナーサイド、またはコンサルティング会社での経験
• 安全監査、安全管理、施工管理の経験
• クライアント対応経験
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 英語でのメール・会議対応が可能なレベル

Position Overview

ERM is seeking an experienced consultant to lead Construction Safety and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) consulting engagements across a range of capital projects. In this role, you will support domestic and international clients in establishing effective safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, improving safety performance, and strengthening safety culture across construction projects.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) continues to be a critical success factor for major construction projects across data centers, semiconductors, manufacturing, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. As projects become larger and more complex, clients face increasing expectations not only to comply with regulatory requirements, but also to proactively manage risks and build strong safety cultures.

This role supports clients in achieving safe and efficient project execution through safety audits, risk assessments, safety management programs, and safety culture initiatives.

By promoting strategic safety leadership and protecting people, assets, and business value, you will contribute to the delivery of safer and more sustainable construction projects.

What Your Impact Is

As a Managing Consultant, you will lead Construction Safety and HSE engagements for domestic and international clients, helping reduce safety risks and improve safety performance across construction projects.

Through safety audits, risk assessments, and safety culture programs, you will contribute to successful project outcomes while supporting the development of junior consultants and strengthening ERM’s Safety & Risk team.

You will also work closely with ERM specialists across the globe to solve complex project challenges and deliver long-term value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Construction Safety and HSE support for capital and construction projects
• Conduct safety audits and site safety inspections
• Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses
• Support the development of safety management plans, procedures, and standards
• Participate in safety meetings with owners, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor safety KPIs and provide improvement recommendations
• Support incident investigations and the development of corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs
• Prepare client reports and presentations
• Mentor and review the work of junior consultants
• Support project management across multiple engagements

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction safety, occupational health & safety, or HSE-related roles
• Experience working for a construction company, EPC contractor, owner organization, or consulting firm
• Experience in safety auditing, safety management, or construction management
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Native-level Japanese language skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including participation in meetings and written correspondence

Preferred

• Experience supporting data center, semiconductor, manufacturing, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and industry best practices
• Certified Occupational Safety Consultant qualification
• Construction Management or related professional certification
• International safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or CSP
