We are looking for an eCommerce Activation Specialist with proven eCommerce knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a passion for digital marketing, capable of optimizing online touchpoints and growing the customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run promotional campaigns across Digital, CRM, and Email marketing
•  Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Design, and CRM teams to follow the commercial roadmap and planning

• Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and know sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow up
• Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
• Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
• Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
• Evaluate what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights
• Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or NTUA
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to clear timelines
• Proven eCommerce knowledge
• Experience with eCommerce management platforms like Oracle BCC or similar will be considered a plus
• Strong sense of ownership
• Eager to learn, and have a passion for digital marketing and ecommerce
• Self-motivated, passionate & detail-oriented professional who excels working within a team and embraces cross-department collaboration
• Creative, flexible, and open-minded personality, easily to adapt to changes
• Knowledge of
• Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluency in English (verbal & written)
