Role summary:
Lead Contact Center and Early Collections activities within banking operations, combining day-to-day operational delivery with team coordination. Support high-quality customer service, collections performance, quality compliance, and effective people leadership.

Your mission:

• Coordinate daily Contact Center and Early Collections activities, including inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Support customer inquiries, complaints, payment arrangements, delinquency management, and account resolution.
• Lead, coach, and support team members while managing workloads, performance, and operational priorities.
• Monitor service, productivity, quality, and compliance standards, including Quality Control reviews.
• Manage complex customer cases and escalations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• German & English - B2-C1.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Contact Center Operations, Early Collections, Customer Service, Finance, or Receivables Management.
• Experience in Early Collections, including payment follow-up, delinquency management, or account resolution.
• Experience coordinating teams and supporting people management activities.
• Experience performing Quality Control (QC) or quality assurance reviews.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• French and/or Italian language skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, BPO, managed services, or shared services environments.
• Knowledge of collections strategies and customer experience management.
• Experience supporting operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in multilingual customer service or collections operations.
