a.     Handle escalations from external (hospital) related to patient assurance that rigid treatment, and internal (PMN, CCC & claims)

b.     Provide training/resocialization to all Partner hospitals in accordance with the distribution of the list of their respective regions

c.     Foster good relationships with providers by conducting regular visits to improve the claims experience and gain a better understanding and provide updates on the flow of care in the hospital

d.     Conduct a routine evaluation of 3/6 months to partner hospitals

e.     Supporting hospital marketing activities by involving hospitals in every Prudential event
