• Hybrid: Friday–Monday | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Hybrid: Friday–Tuesday | 9:00 PM–5:00 AM

Important: Candidates must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the Santa Monica warehouse and be able to work one of the schedules listed above. A valid driver's license is required for positions involving driving. A company van is provided during the shift for field-related duties.

Job Summary

Veo is seeking dependable, hands-on team members to support our Santa Monica operations. Opportunities are available for Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technicians and Hybrid team members who assist with both vehicle repair and field operations.

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, troubleshooting problems, and working independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow Veo's mobile app instructions to complete assigned shift tasks
• Drive a company van to locate and retrieve scooters as needed
• Swap batteries and rebalance scooters throughout the service area
• Inspect bicycles and scooters for safety and functionality
• Perform basic repairs, routine maintenance, and vehicle quality checks
• Diagnose mechanical issues and replace damaged components
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve vehicles
• Track and document work using Veo's mobile applications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and repair workspace
• Assist with additional fleet and field operations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older for driving responsibilities
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the Santa Monica warehouse
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on environment
• Previous bicycle, scooter, automotive, mechanical repair, maintenance, warehouse, manufacturing, or delivery experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience repairing bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, automobiles, or similar equipment
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, fleet maintenance, delivery, or repair experience
• Knowledge of the Santa Monica area and local street layout
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
