• Job Title: DUV Field Service Engineer (Metrology) (신입)

• Contract: Regular

• Location: Hwaseong (Dongtan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing quality repair, preventive maintenance service and complete installation at customer sites.

• Perform analytical problem-solving, multiple technical tasks and may coordinate work of assigned engineers.

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate.

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions.

• Determine corrective actions required and/or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution.

• Assist with installing and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by Field Service Engineer

Qualifications:

• Only university graduates with no prior professional experience are eligible to apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex semiconductor equipment.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as a self-starter.

• Strong understanding of company procedures and a commitment to adhering to them.

• Willingness to work in a restrictive cleanroom environment, which requires wearing appropriate personal protective safety equipment.

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
