What You’ll Actually Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)

• The Direct Lifeline: Handling inbound questions from customers back home via phone, interactive live chat, and email. No boring cold calling!
• Tech Solutions Made Simple: Guiding users through simple, satisfying fixes—like setting up mobile data roaming, activating brand-new SIM cards, or troubleshooting high-speed home internet and TV box installations.
• The Growth Mindset: Spotting perfect moments to introduce customers to better packages or smart add-ons. You don’t need a background in sales; we teach you the subtle art of comfortable upselling, and you get rewarded for it.
• Database Mastery: Keeping customer files clean, updated, and highly accurate within our modern CRM platform.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.
• Natural Communicators: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, have empathy, and don't get shaken easily by a tech question.
• The Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own home Wi-Fi, and pick up new digital tools fast.
• Legally Set: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to live and work under a Spanish contract.
• Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Weekends 09:00–17:30. Specifically, you must be available for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month.
