What You'll Do Every Day

• Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, chat, or email to help them choose the ultimate devices and accessories for their lifestyle.
• Make the Connection: Guide users through the online store, help them track missing packages, or handle order returns and cancellations with ease.
• Level Up Your Skills: Learn both the sales and service sides of the business, keeping your daily routine fresh, exciting, and dynamic.
• Go Global: Work alongside hundreds of open-minded expats in a massive, high-energy international department where English is the main language for training and internal updates.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level Dutch speaker with a good command of English (B2) for your training and team communication.
• Tech Love: A solid understanding of computers and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. If you are already a fan of macOS or iOS, that's a massive plus!
• Positive Energy: A vibrant personality who loves chatting with people and thrives on using positive language to turn someone's day around.
