Position Summary

The Drop Ship Specialist shares responsibility for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing daily dropship orders for shipment. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately, packaged appropriately, and prepared for assigned shipping carriers while following all safety standards and warehouse procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and maintain dependable attendance.
• Pick products from designated warehouse locations and pack orders as needed.
• Maintain a shipping rate of 25 packages per hour.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan items and generate shipping labels.
• Load packages for assigned small-parcel carriers.
• Palletize shipments according to company and partner guidelines.
• Replenish quick-pick locations to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support workflow and operational demands.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Deep-reach forklift experience required.
• Experience operating warehouse material handling equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse or inventory systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Three or more years of warehouse experience preferred.

Compensation

Hiring Range: $17.25 - 32.00 USD per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, market conditions, and applicable skills.
