What you’ll do/ Trách nhiệm công việc:
45% Key Responsibilities
Communicate directly with drivers to understand their concerns, manage expectations, and foster positive relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to investigate driver issues and deliver effective solutions.
Work seamlessly with every function within the Driver Operations team and across departments, to escalate information of driver's current issues and propose process or policy changes when necessary;
Track, monitor, and report on driver performance metrics, including delivery timeliness, adherence to driving etiquette and uniform regulations, and potential fraudulent activity
30% Key Responsibilities
Ensure steady driver’s supply, manage driver side commercials, and optimize vehicle utilization.
Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
25% Key Responsibilities
Conduct video recording at designated locations 6 times per month to monitor the volume of company and competitor stickers.
Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.

Hợp tác với các bộ phận nội bộ (Chăm sóc Khách hàng, Tài chính,...) để điều tra các vấn đề của đối tác tài xế và đưa ra các giải pháp hiệu quả.
Làm việc chặt chẽ với tất cả bộ phận trong phòng Vận hành Đối tác Tài xế và các phòng ban liên quan để báo cáo thông tin về các vấn đề hiện tại của đối tác tài xế và đề xuất thay đổi quy trình hoặc chính sách khi cần thiết.
Theo dõi, giám sát và báo cáo các chỉ số hiệu suất của đối tác tài xế, bao gồm thời gian giao hàng, tuân thủ các quy tắc khi lái xe và quy định về đồng phục, cũng như các hoạt động có dấu hiệu gian lận.

Đảm bảo nguồn cung đối tác tài xế ổn định, thực hiện hoạt động quảng cáo và tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng các phương tiện.
Dẫn dắt đào tạo đối tác tài xế, cũng như hướng dẫn các đối tác để mang lại trải nghiệm khách hàng vượt trội đồng thời tuân thủ các SOP và SLA đã thỏa thuận.
Đề xuất ý tưởng mới và cải tiến quy trình để giúp đơn giản hóa các đầu mục công việc vận hàng hàng ngày.
25% công việc
Thục hiện nhiệm vụ quay phím tại các địa điểm được chỉ định 6 lần/tháng để ghi nhận lưu lượng nhãn dán của công ty và đối thủ.
Phân công khác theo chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng.

What you’ll need/ Yêu cầu đối với ứng viên
Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
A minimum of one year of experience in driver management.
Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop plans to achieve targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage well under pressure.
