DORA & Operational Resilience Manager
What we need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a DORA & Operational Resilience Manager within our Alpha FX division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Dublin, Ireland.
The DORA & Operational Resilience Specialist will lead Corpay Cross-Border's resilience framework across its Irish payments and markets entities. You will ensure both entities maintain proportionate, well-evidenced arrangements aligned with the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), related technical standards and Central Bank of Ireland expectations. Working across Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement and Operations, you will coordinate ICT risk, incident reporting, resilience testing, business service mapping, continuity and third-party oversight. You will advise senior management and both Irish Boards, support regulatory engagement and apply consistent group standards while preserving clear legal-entity ownership and recognising each entity's services and risk profile. Alongside your responsibilities, you will provide ad hoc support to the wider Regulatory team with its day-to-day activities. As the role may extend beyond the core DORA and Operational Resilience remit, you must be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across the wider Group, adapt to evolving priorities, and quickly develop new skills as required.
