General Responsibilities
• Maintains and complies with policies, regulations and procedures for document control, engineering changes and company records.
• Leads with the preparation and archiving of all engineering records that must be kept for proper preservation outside and inside the plant.
• Manages the document control database, and engineering records.
• Ensures that documents comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Develops and implements document control procedures and best practices.
• Maintains records of document distribution, usage, and revisions.
• Generates reports on document control activities, such as the status of documents and compliance with control processes.
• Identifies opportunities to improve document management systems and processes.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Maintain controlled engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer documentation in accordance with AS9100 and internal configuration management procedures.
Create, maintain, and update product structures, Engineering Bills of Material (BOMs), and related product data within ERP and PLM systems.
Route changes through required approval workflows and track completion status.
Support audits by providing documentation records and evidence of document control compliance.
Assist in developing and improving document control processes, workflows, and system utilization.

Hourly Base Pay Range:
$34.60 - $47.58At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
